That still quiet guidance system that we sometimes lose with all the noise of the world.  Spending time in meditation you will find it, the more you find it the more you will hear it even with the noise.

Find it, listen to it.  Intuition that still quiet guidance that speaks truth.

When the clouds close in, and you know they will, know that they will move on as well.

take the time to be still

Just listen

Listen and feel these messengers.

Understand those moments of pause

Sense them and understand that they are trying to aid your spirit

Be still and listen

Be patient and true

Follow your inner guidance 

It will pull you through

Drift away from that little voice that calls

will take you more often to sudden falls

Find and listen to that voice

it truly is the best choice
