Change will never be easy, never was meant to be that truly is why they call it change.
But to not ever change is to stay the same, mundane and boring, not a very good alternative.
Sometimes letting go is hard, other times it is very easy due to the fact that you value yourself!
Change is the law of life and it is constant, change is good because it is a sign of growth
Even when change seems like a set back we need to understand that with every set back comes wisdom!
Some change is great and those who dare change for the better see this clearly
