Is there something in your life that still grips you. Tightens the muscles in your heart or in your jaw? Maybe it is just time to move on and let it go.
Oh you can hold on to it, sure you can, but let me ask you a question. Just one simple question....
Why do you want to hold on to it
What good does it bring your way. It makes you feel good or does it make you feel bad holding on to it.
Seriously if any of it makes you feel bad what worth is the good that you feel from it.
Life happens and we are in control of our actions our thoughts and truly if we hold onto something to long that hurts us, angers us or just makes us feel bad, LET IT GO, MOVE ON.
Just think of the burden you carry to make you feel the stress over that past history that you internalize.
Sure some of us drink the pain away, eat the pain away, do that harmless drug that makes us feel like it is gone but guess what and you already know this. Those things that we do to our bodies to make the stuff seem hidden have some major consequences.
Stop, think, meditate and pray and move on from that which needs not stay with you.
Let it go, move on and stretch into a better moment and better memories. Move on and smile as you go : )
