And when your world seems to come crashing down,
and the people you thought you trusted have
betrayed you, smile.
Smile, and make them wonder why.

Smile at your enemies it confuses them

annoys them so much."

So yes you will have bad moments, timing that is just not right. I like to say life happens. But that does not make you have to have a bad day. Get over it. Move on to the next moment. 86,400 seconds in the day remember? The past needs to be gotten over, as soon as possible.
We decide the soon.
Hey listen you will have moments of flashback, something will happen that reminds you of that moment in time when it just went wrong. Of course the perception of that wrong moment is all yours. The other person may not feel so strongly about the wrong they completed upon you. Even if they do they may not care. It may be their nature and the way they deal with it does not mean it has to be fair to you.
Nowhere on the birth certificate does it say life will be fair. There are never any guarantees of that. Never.
The things we need to focus on is not the things that made us cry but the things that make us laugh that make us smile.
The list should be long on the latter, the smiles and laughter list should be much longer. It will be that list you can fall back on when things went wrong.
Be the best ...
Be the best to yourself
your worth it!
Why shouldn't you be the best to yourself.
Be kind and gentle with your spirit.
Things will go wrong, that is a fact.
People will wrong you, another fact.
But if you can smile, and laugh at the folly that has happened what a wonderful skill you have obtained.
What a wonderful skill indeed.
So you have been wronged?
Revenge.....Nah your to busy for that stuff....or even if your just too lazy...thats ok....Karma will take care of the wrong doer....It always has, Karma always will.........
So let it go...
Forgive your enemies it will set them back......
Smile at them, those who wronged you, you have the gift of laughter and joy, it might set them back as well that smile, but hey feel sorry that they don't have that joy and gratitude in their heart.
Remember the Serenity Prayer:
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.
