Walking Through Wednesday *New* ~August 24, 2011

A very happy Wednesday to you all! Smiles sent your way and may they last the whole day.  You really only need to grab that smile, apply liberally and observe the reactions as you share it with others, again and again.

It works that that simple sincere and the more you share it the better it feels.
Trust me, try it just for today.

So a simple list of what is there to smile about today a small list for you as you go on your way.  Or as I put it on your walk through Wednesday : )

Waking up and that first morning stretch

Prayers of gratitude and praise for another day of life

The morning step out side to smell the fresh air and see life starting to wake up

The morning sound of the coffee maker programmed and working
Taste of that morning coffee

Nature any part of it, the chirp of cricket, the whistle of a bird, the hoot of an owl

Kids laughing on the way to the bus stop, ok sure you hear more of this on the way back from the bus stop later in the day.

The morning music on the radio, less talk, more music.

The flowers that are passed by as we walk or drive.  They bloom for all but not all take time to smell or enjoy.

The produce at a farmers market or drive by stand.  Fresh, plentiful and ready for consumption.

Just a small list and not even past noon for most people.

Live a life worth smiling about.  The steps to take are yours alone.

Laugh out loud, watch a funny cartoon, video on you tube or a funny movie.

Pray each day, morning or night or hey even both, gratitude lifted up is like inflation of a balloon with helium, it looks good and it feels even better to hold.

Gratitude is like that.

Live

Laugh

Pray

Dream ~ Dream big its the best way to push your dreams and thoughts to higher ground.

Smiles sent to you across the miles : )
