Thoughtful Thursday *New* August 04, 2011

Happy Thursday to you.  To be thoughtful should not take much planned thought but it it does then we must.

The theme of this post is to share or explain or stir your soul regarding thoughtfulness.

The cause and effect of thoughtful actions involve the understanding that when your being kind and thoughtful to another your really being kind and thoughtful to yourself.

First and foremost in daily activities when your sharing emotions or sharing inspiration you at first have to had experienced in a real way those emotions or inspiration.

Being kind to others is only possible when we are kind and appreciative to our own spirit.

With every action we send out and equal or greater reaction comes back. Understanding this principle also applies to what we send out to ourselves is key.

Some words shared and to think upon: 

"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy."

To become an instrument of shared peace

To sow love

To pardon another who has injured our spirit

To share in our faith

To give hope to someone who has little

To bring light on a dark situation

To give a smile and bring joy about with our actions

Making a difference is not difficult at all and many times easier than we ever imagined.

It all begins with our thoughts, our actions to our inner spirit.

Love begins when we love ourself.  We can share it once we understand how great it feels to have it in abundance.

May your day be filled with love and may your day be inspired to make a difference in some way.

This day and everyday make it special for yourself and others.

Take time to pray and to be still and quiet.

Take time to nourish your soul as much as you nourish your body.

Love and gratitude is so much a part of being thoughtful.

But first it starts with us.
