Monday Motivational Moment *New* 06/06/11

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to the first Monday in the new month.  You still have plenty of time to build upon your gratitude, goals and plan to allow no one drain out your energy.  I wrote awhile back on those energy vampires who tend to talk your ear off, or maybe they just whine, or the new breed the conspiracy theorists who talk a good game but in the end just make your head want to explode because you have to say, 'really' ok now what then?

Don't let them drain you, don't let them derail your high speed train to happiness or success.

A thought and a quote to think upon today :

A new lens to look through.

Hear the pain in people's speaking.

People who have an ear to hear can hear.

You will no longer tolerate what you used to tolerate.

A second point of reality. Declare a new future.

There are no right answers.

There is no is. Give people breakdowns.

It's the loving thing to do.

What's being revealed here?

Dogs don't have things wrong.

Wrong disempowers people.

Upsets indicate a ''right'' that's been violated.

Notice when you are angry that you are the only one around.

The only constant thing is you.

Business is made up. It's invented.

We invent our world through language.

If it really turns you on, you may want to inform your face.

There is no ''right'' way.

A chair is only a chair because we say it's a chair.

I love the realization that when your angry most of the time no one is around just you.  So really what is the point in messing up your day?  No one really cares if you mess it up or not....no one.

Another line in this is 'there is no "right" way.' how true is that?

We often put labels on people, we make them right or wrong when truly we do that on our value system, which may be right for us but wrong for them. Another way of thinking about this is the famous statement not to judge unless you have walked in another's shoes. You really don't know the journey that got them where they are right now. You just know the point they are at right now, if you even know that.  Don't judge surely you hate when you are judged don't do it to another.

Plan your life, hope always for the best but be prepared for something else.

Fill your thoughts we gratitude for what you have not for what others think you should have.

Pray, laugh, think and cry a little each day.  Fill your day with all your emotions and enjoy each second of your allotment. Once these seconds are gone they are indeed gone.

Live with the principle that you will try to help another today and if you can't help them you surely will not hurt them, take time to smile.  It may be the only smile they see today.
