The middle of the week has come and the first month of 2011 is almost over. What progress have you made on your goals, have you labeled them goals and rid yourself of the word resolution. To me the very word resolution brings about thoughts of past failures and short term resolve. Goals tend to mean works in progress that are monitored and adjusted to completion.
