Happy Thursday everyone! How is your week going? What differences have you made? Have you taken the time to use some type of journal to record your gratitude and your life. It has been said that if your life is worth living it is worth recording.
A gratitude journal is simple and easy to put together, just a few days of input and your focus now becomes what your grateful for instead of what problems may be at the front of mind.
The problem just needs to have a focus of opportunity that we can learn from and a sort of gratefulness that we have the answer we just need to ask a better question to solve it.
Remember God promised that no problem would be given that we don't have the resources to solve it or over come it.
The power of the mind is vast and we only use a small portion.
The joy and gratitude that we have and that we develop will impact much more than just our spirit and soul but also the body.
