Happy Sunday everyone and welcome to a new day, new and improved, a possibility of bigger, better, brighter and all we need is boldness. We just need to be bold in our actions and bold in our thoughts of what we can really do with our day. Make it the best day, better than just good and how could we do it?
Start with prayer and continue with a moment of gratitude and make a difference in the lives around you, the most important life to start with is you.
My Sunday Prayer is for all of those who perished and are hurting from the Tucson, Arizona shooting yesterday.
A crime of hatred, a crime of a disturbed young person who at this time has killed 6 people one a little girl only nine years old, a little girl with a birthdate of September 11, 2001, a little girl the grand daughter of Dallas Green, former manager of the Philadelphia Phillies. A little girl who was born on a day of sadness and died on another day of sadness.
My prayers go out to the families affected and for strength for those hurting from this senseless act.
The why will be discussed and debated for days.
The how is quite complex and barely understandable.
The only question left is when will this end? Why so much hate has spilled into and over the lives of innocent people.
Please understand that not all things are explainable but it is always healthy to ask why. Take a moment today and say a prayer and ask for a healing for those spirits and souls involved.
That is my Sunday Thought and Sunday Prayer.
Smiles are hard on a day like this but a smile of the heart and spirit will heal not only your world but those around you.
