Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to snow, lol. Windy, White and Windy today here in Pittsburgh at the very least the other drivers are happy that the Pittsburgh Steelers won yesterday. So a happy driver in Pittsburgh is always better than one who is bitter as the cold December wind.
Today is the start of a new week, full of activities that will give us all a chance to have some impact on another spirit. We can ignore that chance or take full advantage to share a sincere smile, pass on a kind word, and make direct eye contact that shows that we really do care about them and what they have to say.

Try it this week. When your speaking with someone who may just be a little stressed by the weather or just needs someone to vent to take the time to give them you best. You just may make all the difference in the world to them and just to have them feel that you cared enough to listen and to smile.
Eye contact is the best way to give someone that direct acknowledgement that you are listening and do share in their concern.

Eyes the window of the soul as I often refer to them.
Eyes so warm and friendly and soft with love or glowing when glared. The eyes can show so much into the attitude of another.
Take time today, this morning heck right now and stare into your eyes, take a long look at the mirror and give yourself that kind sincere smile and a kind and loving word of encouragement. You need those things to and at the very least you know that you started they day off right with yourself.
