Happy Tuesday everyone! A happy day here in Pittsburgh as the Steelers defeated the cross state division rivals, the Bengals 27 - 21. They put quite a few smiles on folks here in the burg.
We also will be having somewhat of an heat wave over the next few days. The temps will be in the 56 degree range today and over the next few days even the over 60 degree range. How grateful are we for that? Very Grateful!
Yes, this is gratitude Tuesday, a day I have set aside to express my gratitude, to express my thanks, not just on Thanksgiving day which is 16 days away but everyday.
Gratitude emerges in almost all religious thinking. The most obvious reason is that we are creatures and owe our existence to a Creator.
Yet those who do not believe in a Creator perhaps find the greatest reason to be grateful: If this world is all we’ve got, it is all the more precious.
Cherish it and live each moment for all it’s worth.

That is how big gratitude should be to everyone and anyone. Now for the record, I do believe in a creator, God and his word is something I have been raised with and cherished much of my life.
The thought that this world and all of us were created from some type of big explosion and that we transcended from apes, does not, nor will it ever be conceivable.
Period and end of story, God has walked in my life many times, he has touched my spirit and filled my soul with compassion, empathy, love and wisdom. I am eternally grateful for that.
Always will be grateful for that.
