When the Lion and the Lamb Lie Down

We are living in a sad and violent times, we must learn to heal

Times are moving fast and perhaps the legality of the law and order will need to be the lion of our times, we the young lamb needing the lions of life to understand our needs.

Needs of fair and just justice of any race, any color with respect and kindness.

Needs of kindness, and love and a fair education no matter what zip code we live in.

Needs of a quality education not based on how much money you can bribe someone with.

Needs of a health care system that cares as much free drugs for the addicted and free chemo and insulin for the afflicted.

And a little child will lead them

We need the child (all of us, young and old) to lead them.

And a little child will lead them

In the streets of a concrete city or the fields grass in the country.

And a little child will lead them.

We are that little child.
Old ways need to pass
New ways need to grow

We need to participate in the vote

We need to grow and learn and lead each other to a kinder world filled with love and kindness
and real solutions for a new path.  This is not fluff, this is not a dream,
this is as real as we all want to make it.

We need this change to happen. We need to listen and learn to the voices of change.
