Listen With Your Eyes

Connection with another person is so important to allow that person to feel that they are heard.

Eye listening is watching what it is being said, and listen how it is being said.

Actions speak louder than words.

You can't lead with silence or broken promises.

That will only last so long.

Set your standards, inspect and get what you expect.  Lead by example.

Keep your word and promises.

The current world from the panademic and the unrest in the city streets are a prime example of people who are listening with their eyes.  Speaking with their heart and speaking so that other see and hear them.

They are being heard and being seen. The world needs to watch and they are watching.

Countries across the oceans are watching and listening.

We need to as well.  We have to be better and listen better and watch and expect more from our leaders.  

Cause if we do not, what is the alternative?  The same old some old?  Unexceptable!

Love more

Be kind more

Smile always.

Be Aware

Be Strong

Be Diligent

Be filled with the desire and hunger to breathe and move forward.

Share kindness and share a smile

Embrace always, smile forever and share united.
