Start with your values and keep moving forward
Lets simply define values:
A person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life.
Values like trust and honesty and reliability.
Values that we look for in our relationships and work environments and our leaders.
Lets define integrity:
The quality of being honest and having moral principles, moral uprightness.
Integrity is walking the talk, leading with out prejudice.
Integrity is doing the right thing when now one is watching.
We admire men and women of integrity.
Values like teamwork, fairness, trustworthy leadership and processes
Remember Thoughts Become Things
Personal gain is not just about moving ahead at another expense
It is raising up another and lifting them and inspiring them to rise up.
Be Valued Based
Have Integrity don't just talk it walk it!
Be Brave
Be Joyful
Be Kind
Thats what matters!
