Managing Money by Managing the Mind

Awareness is a start but being just aware is not enough

Try as we must we look to make the most of our dollars. We seem to start each month with great intentions, and then by the end of the month we ponder and wonder.  Where did these great intentions get me, how did this plan come up short.

Each and every day we need to grow and it starts with our thoughts.  Thoughts become things.  Each and every thought has its place but do we just let the place go untouched?

If we don't grow we surely will die. The planet changes every day. The moments of standing still and holding ground is not good enough.

Look at today.  We shuddered to think that the experts advised us to have six months salary for a tragic time when we may need it.

Honest reflection I didn't have six months at all.  I live check to check like most but I have done three things that helped me get through this.

~ Manage my mind.  Stay positive stay focused ask better questions.  One of my favorite questions is What can I learn from this?  or What is the alternative?  Manage your mind and know that thoughts become things.  Want a better thought then ask a better question.

~ Pay your self first. Mentally you pay your self first with the gift of gratitude.  Also how much time to do you meditate, pay your spirit first each morning listen to the energy around you.  Be grateful and be patient with your spirit and take time to listen to the energy as it circles around your body and mind.

~ Spend your energy wisely.  Don't jump into the day with out a plan. Spend time planning and spend time understanding the pit falls of any plan made.  What is the upside and what is the downside of any decision.

Now that is managing the mind and I would encourage you to engage those three things.

Now for managing the money.  Guess what same message

Just manage your money by staying positive and focused on your earning and your wealth of your human resources and the funds and expenses.

Pay yourself first by literally saving each paycheck from a small $5 a week to $20 a pay something pay your self first.  Be grateful and patient with every dollar you spend and take time to listen to the process of paying bills and saving first.

Lastly with the money Spend it wisely like energy take your time to pace your budget and plan better at the store and try not to make impulsive purchases, neither food or negative habits should dominate your spending.  Plan wisely and plan with a healthy state of mind.

It can be done but it starts with your mind management!

Embrace always, smile forever and share united.
