Claim your right to be still

Just be kind to yourself, you or no one else has the right to be unjust or cruel

Just be happy claim this day you have earned the right you are alive and created with perfection.

Just be grateful for the birds who sing outside, for the rhythm of your heart beat and the smile of a child, the clouds that fly by and the sun that sets with beauty. 

Just be patient.  The energy you put out is what you get back.  Tell yourself what you want and tell the universe it will conspire to give it to you.  Open yourself up to the possibilities.

Just be loving.  Love yourself as that's what you need to impress that soul inside. To accept who you are and have a sense of pride.

Just be truthful to the reflection in the mirror.  You owe it that much.  Don't hide behind the anger or madness, step forward out of the dark and into the light.  The light is much easier to navigate and worthy of your presence.

Just be present not living in the past no matter how hard or easy it was.  Live in the moment for that is what you are given.  Look forward to the future in small planned and organized bites.  It will come soon enough just live in the moment and love its magic.

Just be yourself a child of God. Designed to perfection and destined for greatness.

Just smile and share that smile.  Be the smile that causes another to share one back. You maybe the only person who smiled at them that day.  Be gracious and give one of yours.

Just be open to positive that surrounds you, the energy is flowing let it define you.  If you allow the negative energy to encase your spirit it will define you as well.  Don't be that enabler.  Do not allow it to sap your possibilities of happiness.  Why would you, so don't.

Just be aware that your thoughts are yours, accepted by you, designed by you and given permission by you.  Make them glorious and embrace them for they define you.

Just be ..... you deserve that you earned that and you are alive.  

What a gift life is !
