Grateful a way of life
Gratitude if practiced will become a way of life. It is more than just saying your grateful
it Is indeed making it a habit and a routine.
Will we have challenging days yes, but we can truly feel the challenge is a great way to overcome and be stronger for it.
Breathe in each morning and stretch out the nights rest.
Have a routine each morning meaning what makes you happy, and do this with habitual routine.

Some things to practice each day:
Stretching and breathing exercises.
Meditation and prayer.
Tea, coffee what ever you feel most at home with.
A special breakfast for a Monday routine or maybe everyday a special treat for breakfast.
All of this during your first 1/2 hour of your morning.
Don't have a half hour then you need it even more.
Smiles your way this day and everyday.
