Welcome to another great day, a new month filled with some awesome kite flying weather, the awesome return of mornings filled with the sound of birds singing, the luck of the irish, spring less than 19 days away.
So many awesome things to focus on.
Or we dampen our days with despair, doom and dread. It is our choice after all. I choose joy! Smiles over frowns, laughter over tears, unless the tears come from laughter. LOL.

The quote does have truth. But without that laughter we would miss out on so many memories, of moments of joy shared with family and friends. Great moments indeed.
So today, laugh a little, no, laugh alot. Smile with your head held high, shoulders back because after all it feels good, its your choice and maybe, just maybe someone else will catch your mood instead of that darn flu going around. LOL
